FRESH, FAST & FRUITY Pizza (Prep 20 Min Complete 25 Min)

-2 Packages of Pillsbury® Crescent Rolls

-Assorted favorite fruits

-1/2 cup powder sugar

-One lemon

-2, 8 oz. Packages of Cream Cheese

-2 or 3 Tablespoons of Milk

Preheat oven to 425 Degrees and line a baking dish with parchment paper or spray with nonstick cooking oil.

Unroll dough onto pan to form a pizza crust, then halve the lemon and rub over the dough before sprinkling 2 tablespoons of powder sugar over the top

Bake for 8 -10 min or until golden brown

Mix cream cheese and remaining powdered sugar together, add milk one tablespoon at a time until consistency is smooth, spread over crust

Cut fruit and place evenly across pizza.  Cut and serve

 

BETTER BELIEVE IT'S EASY Blueberry Pie (PREP 15 minutes COMPLETE 50 min plus cooling time)

-Pillsbury® Deep Dish Frozen 2ct Pie Crust in Tins

-Bag of Frozen Blueberries

-2 Tablespoons of Sugar

-Dash of Salt

-1/3 cup of cornstarch

Take out your ingredients of the fridge and freezer 15 min before you preheat oven.

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

Take one pie tin with the crust out of the package and use a fork to poke holes all of the crust, including the sides.  Then put in oven for 5-7 min.

Take the other tin from the package and remove the crust from the tin. Place on plate and use a knife to make small airholes and design.

Mix cornstarch with 1/4 cup of hot water, two tablespoons of sugar and a dash of salt until dissolved

Remove the other crust from the oven and pour the bag of berries into the crust, add cornstarch mixture and gently mix.

Place your crust on top of the berries and pinch and gently twist edges together, use foil to cover the edges of the pie for 20 min, remove for the last 5 min

Total cooking time 25 min at 300 or until the crust is golden brown.  Remove and place on cooling wire. Ready to eat after pie has cooled (usually an hour or more).

 

FREAKIN' FABULOUS FRUIT 'N Pudding Pops (PREP 10 Minutes  COMPLETE 2 Hours)

-Jello® Pudding 2 boxes

-2 Cups of Milk

-2 Cups of Cool Whip

-One package of fresh berries

Prepare boxed pudding according to directions, then add 1.5 cups of Cool Whip to the mixture

Wash and cut up fresh berries

pour mix into molds and distribute berries evenly (You can use paper cups for this part instead of molds, but you will wait to add your berries after an hour in the fridge before putting the cups into the freezer)

Remove after 2-3 hours in the freezer and remove pops from molds or peel cups off and serve

 

OH YES WE DID! Oreo Pudding Pops (PREP 10 Minutes COMPLETE 2 Hours)

-Jello® Pudding 2 boxes

-2 Cups of Milk

-2 Cups of Cool Whip

-Half a package of Oreo Cookies

Prepare boxed pudding according to directions, then add 1.5 cups of Cool Whip to the mixture

Pour cookies into a bag and use a cup to mash gently being careful not to break the bag

Pour mix into molds and distribute cookie bits evenly (You can use paper cups for this part instead of molds, but you will wait to add your cookies after an hour in the fridge before putting the cups into the freezer)

Remove after 2-3 hours in the freezer and remove pops from molds or peel cups off and serve
