Directory Listing

Look for a link to your live directory listing within the next day.  Respond via email with an approval or request for changes/corrections. 

Changes to active directory listings can be requested during the package term (up to 6 changes per month - included in your package).  Additional changes can be made at a cost of $15/pc. Change requests must be in writing and proofs will be provided within 24 hours of confirmed receipt of the request.  

Display Ad(s)

Ad copy submitted  - An ad proof for your digital display ad(s) will be sent within 24 hours if ALL information required for the ad(s) has been submitted with the Ad Copy Submission form. 

Ad copy pending submission - If you have not already submitted your display ad copy with the Ad Copy Submission form, look for a Request for Ad Copy email.   Proofs will be provided within 24 hours of receipt of ALL copy needed to complete your ad(s). 

We do not create ads with partial copy submissions.

72 hours  

Your ad campaign (directory and display ads) officially begins upon the following scenarios or within 72 hours from today's date (whichever comes first).

• Your ads have been published following approval, in writing, by you or the person(s) assigned to correspond and/or approve proofs for your ad campaign.  Approvals will only be accepted by those you or your primary contact have authorized to correspond and/or approve proofs on the Ad Copy Submission form or by email/fax at a later date.
• Your ads have been published following submission of your web ready ads, made to our specifications.

A couple of things to know

• All contact will be made using the contact information (name, email, phone) you provided on the Ad Submission Form. 
• Copy submission, proof approval, changes to your contact information and/or any questions can be made by email:  This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
• Contact us if you, your agency or your marketing department need a spec sheet.  Directory listings are formatted and restricted to DMK design only.  All other digital ads can be submitted web ready.
